Detox Delivered’s products
Our products are perishable and should always be kept in cold storage and once delivered, refrigerated immediately. If you are not going to consume a juice, soup or nut mylk on the day it was scheduled to be consumed, then please check with us as to whether it is still okay to consume the following day/s. If upon opening one of our products, it doesn’t smell or look fresh, then contact us straight away. NUTS – As we also make nut mylks in our kitchen, there may be small traces of nuts on our other products. If you have a nut allergy, then please contact us before booking to check whether you’ll be safe to consume our products.
Payment
We accept payment by Bank transfer (EFT), PayPal, Credit Card (via telephone or via PayPal) or in cash (for local deliveries only).
Delivery Policy
If for any reason we are unable to deliver your order at the date/time you have nominated, we aim to give you at least one business day’s notice. If the alternative date is not convenient, you can select another available date or if no other date is suitable, a full refund will be given.
Cancellations and refunds
Because we order our fresh produce in advance, we are unable to offer refunds if you change your mind, or wish to cancel halfway through a Cleanse. However, you can change the dates of your Cleanse with at least 2 days notice before the booked delivery date.
